Our wash, dry and fold laundry service starts from $40 for up to 5kg. Family baskets (6–10kg) are $65, Large Family baskets (11–15kg) are $90, and Extra Large baskets (16–20kg) are $115. Bedding and specialty items are priced separately. Visit our Pricing page for full details.
Yes. Our minimum service charge is $40 per order, which covers up to 5kg of laundry.

Bookings close Sunday 6pm (for Monday pickups) and Wednesday 6pm (for Thursday pickups).

Most orders are ready within 48 hours. We’ll message you when your fresh laundry is on its way home.
Payment is due on or before delivery. We accept cash, card, or direct transfer.
Absolutely! We love washing towels and bedding.
Pet bedding and heavily soiled items just have a $25 surcharge for extra cleaning and sanitising and items may be charged per item rather than by weight.
Yes — as long as they’re bagged separately.
If not, we’ll wash them together as received.
We operate by appointment to ensure every order receives the attention it deserves.
We use high-quality commercial detergents for a deep clean.
If you’d prefer sensitive or fragrance-free options, just let us know when booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before pickup. Missed pickups may be rescheduled for the next available slot.

In the rare case of loss or damage caused by our negligence, compensation is capped at 5× the service value.
