Yes — there’s a 5 kg minimum for standard laundry.
Loads under 5 kg include a $15 pickup fee.

Most orders are ready within 48 hours. We’ll message you when your fresh laundry is on its way home.

Absolutely! We love washing towels and bedding.
Pet bedding and heavily soiled items just have a $20 surcharge for extra cleaning and sanitising and items may be charged per item rather than by weight.
Yes — as long as they’re bagged separately.
If not, we’ll wash them together as received.
We offer limited weekly spots (6–10 max) on a first-come, first-served basis. Loyalty and prepaid customers receive priority.
We use high-quality commercial detergents for a deep clean.
If you’d prefer sensitive or fragrance-free options, just let us know when booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before pickup. Missed pickups may be rescheduled for the next available slot.

In the rare case of loss or damage caused by our negligence, compensation is capped at 5× the service value.
