1. General
By using our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below. These may be updated from time to time.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Prices apply to standard laundry.
- Whites and colours must be bagged separately; otherwise, they’re washed together as received.
- Pet bedding & heavily soiled items incur a $20 surcharge and may be charged per item.
- Loads over 20kg incur an extra $6.50 per kg.
- Free pickup for 10kg+ or 2+ bedding items.
- $15 pickup fee applies to loads under 5kg or individual bedding items.
- Pickup & delivery included within 10km of Diggers Rest (additional fees may apply outside this area).
- Payment is due upon issuing of invoice or before delivery.
- Garments may be held until payment is received.
3. Bookings & Weekly Schedule
- Limited weekly capacity (6–10 bookings), first in best dressed.
- Booking cutoff: Sunday 6pm or earlier if we reach capacity.
- Pickup routes are grouped by suburb.
- Loyalty & prepaid customers receive priority.
- Standard pickup: Mon 6–9pm & Thu 6–9pm.
- Standard delivery: Wed 6–9pm & Sat 6–9pm.
4. Garment Collection
- We do our best to meet all turnaround times, but delays may occur.
- Garments left uncollected for 90 days may be donated or disposed of.
- Please check pockets — valuables left inside aren’t covered.
5. Cleaning & Garment Care
- We follow the Care Label instructions on each item.
- If you request something different to the care label, it’s at your own risk.
- If an item looks risky, damaged, delicate or unstable, we may:
- contact you for approval,
- decline to clean the item, or
- document it with photos.
- Missing or removed Care Labels are not covered.
- Some items may go to trusted specialist partners if needed.
- Standard detergents are used unless you request allergy-friendly options.
6. Safe Cleaning Promise
We promise to clean every accepted item safely.
This doesn’t guarantee all stains will come out — we won’t risk damaging your garment.
7. Damage & Liability
We aren’t responsible for:
- colour run or bleeding
- shrinkage
- weak or ageing fabrics
- pre-existing damage
- sun fading
- items left in pockets
Leather & suede are cleaned at your own risk.
If loss or damage is caused by our negligence, compensation is capped at:
✔ up to 5× the service value
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
8. Lost Items
- We take great care to avoid mix-ups.
- Missing items must be reported within 24 hours.
- Compensation for lost items is capped at 5× the service value.
9. Re-Cleaning
- Every item is inspected before return.
- If a stain can’t be removed safely, we won’t force it.
- Re-cleaning may be offered at our discretion.
10. Cancellations & Missed Pickups
- Please cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup window.
- Missed pickups are rescheduled to the next available round.
- Items that are unsafe or excessively soiled may be refused.
11. Privacy & Photos
- Your details are used only for service updates, payments, or Too Lubbly promotions.
- From time to time, we may share photos of folded laundry (no personal details).
- You’re welcome to opt out anytime.
12. Jurisdiction
These terms follow the laws of Victoria, Australia.
